At New Era, we know what makes the perfect headwear. We have been doing so since 1920, when Ehrhardt Koch recreated the headwear fashion space and founded New Era Cap Company in Buffalo, New York. Throughout the years, New Era has dominated the baseball cap industry, supplying headwear to baseball teams since 1934 and going on to become the official on field headwear provider for the MLB. It was in this era that the iconic 59 FIFTY fitted baseball cap was created. New Era now has licenses for a range of sports, teams, and leagues.

Refund Policy

In case, you have cancelled an order within two hours of placing it or before it has been moved to procurement - you will be issued a full refund within 15-20 business days of cancellation of order.

If due to unavoidable circumstances, or situations beyond our control, your order is not processed, cannot be procured or is not shipped to you within a certain time, the order shall stand cancelled, and the entire amount will be refunded to you; no
liability shall be incurred by the either side.

New era team will refund the paid amount only if the order at delivery is damaged, faulty or if the order is wrong.

Once Newera team has initiated a refund in accordance with the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to appear in the customer's account within the following time frames:

COD refunds take 7 to 10 business days to reflect in your bank account after the refund is initiated.

Prepaid Refund takes 15 to 21 business days, depending on your
bank partner, after the refund is initiated.
